For many centuries India was world trader for spices and our Indian kitchen is full of spices,they are added to give amazing taste and aroma to our cuisines,apart from taste they have medicinal properties. These spices are easily available in local market,most of them have common names but in some regions they have different name which makes us difficult to understand sometime.Iam currently living in Hyderabad where telegu is dominant,so with time I had learnt few Telegu name of spices,so I can easily purchase them.Here iam going to share English, hindi and other local name of some common spices, hope it will help you.
